AFTERNOON PLAYTIMES

DROP-OFF AND COLLECTION

At the beginning of the school day, parents are encouraged into the playground with their children. This helps to build up a close relationship between home and school, we want to have good links with all parents. Collection is from the class door. If normal arrangements have to be altered (eg you are delayed or another person is collecting your child), please let us know. This avoids any confusion or upset.

GETTING TO SCHOOL

To get to and from school, walking is definitely the best option! There are lots of benefits: it’s healthier than travelling by car, it improves the safety of pedestrians and road-users, and it respects nearby residents and parking regulations. Alternatively, we have bike-racks. If you do need to travel by car, please park wisely.

Wrap Around Care

The school runs wrap around care, starting at 7.45am and finishing at 6pm every day. Parents have to pre-book and pay for this provision.

  • The Early Birds Club, which is available from 7.45am to 8.45am. The Early Birds Club is run by Miss Pow and Mrs Tyson.
  • The Lounge Club, which is available from 3.15pm to 4.15pm and/or from 4.15pm to 6pm.  This club is run by Miss Foden and Miss Pow

Bookings for these Clubs must be made on Pluspay at least one day in advance.

If you are in receipt of working tax credits, then you will be able to claim back any fees as the school is Ofsted registered.

If you would like any further information, then please come and speak to the office.
